"Late night run and needed help with a vacuum on display but was not on the floor. Asked for help from one associate, they said they would call someone to look in the back. Waited while three other associates walked past me with phones out. I gave up walking to the front and saw the original associates and told him what had happened. He shook his head and said these kids. Thus the reason I don't go in Walmarts. Customer Service is trash, like the stores look a lot of times. Order online, and pickup or delivery is worth the extra charge. Better yet AMAZON."

"Went to buy flowers for Valentine's Day, well they had them upfront in the entrance. The lady that checks the receipts was next to me while I was picking them out, the whole 15 minutes while starring up and down at me and my younger brother. I ask her if I could help her, and she rolls her eyes and walks a couple feet away. I finish my shopping and when she asks me for my receipt, I tell her no thank you and walk out. She then lets the manager know (a lady) and they are both staring at me from the clear entrance window while I place everything in my truck. Want to be racially profiled and have someone look over your shoulder while shopping? Go to this Walmart."

"My son had a flat and we went to this location because it was only a couple blocks from where we were. Amazing service!!!!!! They replace two back tires and I went the next day and got two more. These guys were done in twenty minutes and have a really decent selection of tires to choose from. Staff was awesome and prices were just as good. The place does not look great but they have it down to an art. Highly recommend and will be going back."

"Bought a battery for my truck and it was completely dead when I took it home. I went to go exchange it for a new one but I wanted to new one tested before I left the store. They refused to test the battery. The only reason a store would refuse something like that is if they know that the products they sell are garbage and hope you don't have the time to go deal with them again. Don't buy from this store go elsewhere so you don't get ripped off, and waste your time and money."

"I switched to this store and glad I did. They have much better customer service than another "not so far" location. I The people I've interacted with have always been great, so it's still preferable to what I've experienced over at the other store *cough* 410/Every *cough* Good customer service goes a long way."
