"A big thank you to Marcus and Neighborhood Pharmacy. I was unable to get 2 prescriptions refilled for over a month now due to it being on back order. Marcus informed me that the medication was to be arriving within the next day and with a limited quantity. He then took the time to walk me through the steps on what needed to be done in order to get my prescription filled there, or the alternatives I could ask to switch over to. Every time I called, Marcus picked up and answered every single one of my questions. The day the medication was scheduled to arrive, I received a phone call at 9:30 that morning informing me that my medication was ready to be picked up, let me add that they even applied the medications discount card. So very grateful for the staff at Neighborhood Pharmacy and all that they do."
