"I can’t believe how bad the service from the employees here was. When I asked in I picked up a few things I liked right away. No one greeted me, didn’t feel very welcome the moment I walked in, the one girl was hiding behind the desk on her phone. I asked her what size (24,23, etc.) translated into a size 0. She said “not, sure you can look it up….” Rude. Whatever, so I proceed with 6 items to the dressing room to try them on. She told me to take 5 and the one you don’t want to try on put it away. I counted each item infront of her to ensure her, that I will walk out with all 6. I want to try them all on. She repeated her same script. I asked why can’t I just take them all in, I have to see if they all fit. She said store policy. I get that, so I said that’s silly. She then told me you don’t have to buy or try them on. I was baffled for someone in the customer service industry to talk that way. I said you don’t have a good attitude. She said neither do you. The is this heavy set, Hispanic girl. I will never come back to this location or purchase from PacSun franchise for this reason. I asked for her name and she refused to give me store manager name or hers."

"This location oddly does not have a dressing room. There were several groups of people trying to fit clothes other their shirts/shorts to get a good fit and were getting scolded by the employees. They were told to purchase items, go to another store to try them on, then return them if they don’t fit. And it was said not so nicely. Such an odd set up for a clothing store in the mall to not have a fitting room for $50-$70 jeans."

"I got what I liked but the employees act like they are the owner and looked at us badly just because whe are hispanic and the female employee was making fun of my mom and my sister while I just saw a white couple grabbing stuff and leaving stuff disorganized and I didn't see that they were staring at them just shop online and don't come to this"

"Horrible experience. The employees weren't attentive to any of the customers when I went. I felt invisible, I was never offered any help even though I was staring at a rack of shirts for a while. They never even greeted me when I came in, which I found odd. I just got the feeling that they didn't want me to shop there. I will never return"

"I went in to return an item and the man at the front was very nice. However, the girl with the green hair was very rude and has no customer service skills what so ever. I appreciate the kindness of the man but the girl needs an attitude adjustment."
