"DO NOT SHOP HERE! The manager is extremely rude!! Not helpful at all. Went in to pick up two pair of jeans, that I paid for in advance, and she would not give them to me!! I had the confirmation number and everything!!! She also harassed me as I was LEAVING the store!!! So embarrassing. "Usually with this store I never had a problem or never leave 1 star reviews to any place. What Maria Prado said is true. Today I've experienced with an employee or who happened to be the manager, his name is Carlos. (Also there was a huge sale! I wanted to shop there.) I took a picture with my phone of the mannequin in a dress that I wanted so I told my mom to show it to the person who works there. So my mom went over there and asked if they have it. Carlos replied "No," so my mom said "Then can we get the dress from the mannequin, and how come its there if you guys no longer have it?" he replied in a very rude way to my mom telling her "No we can't take it off from the mannequin. We also have it up there so if people want it they can be bought on an online store," so my mom was offended how rudely he replied to her so we just left walking to the other side of the store my mom no longer wanted to buy from there so she wanted to leave. Before we left, we ended up going to another employee, asking her, what was the guy's name to complain about the employee (at that time, we didn't know he was the manager) she gave us his name. So right we were about to leave, Carlos stopped us. He had his chest up and said "Do you need any help? Do you need any help? Do you want to talk to the store manager?" quickly but in an aggressive manner that it seemed like he wanted to fight. We replied and shook our head "No" trying to leave and once we were able to, he also said "Have a nice day," in a mockingly way. It's sad to see someone especially the manager to have behavior issues with his customers. We will soon be contacting to corporate as well...never going to shop there every again."
