"I had the most amazing expirence shopping here this evening. I had the sweetest young woman helping me named miss gabby, she went above and beyond. Im absolutly terrible to shop for I'm so indecisive but she took her time helping me and showed me nothing but kindness and patience getting me ever diffrent style and size I could need. There was also another young woman helping us this evening i wasnt able to chatch her name but she was just as kind and patient as gabby was, she even striped one of their mannequin so my bestfriend could try on the outfit it was wearing. So over all the customer service was phenomena. Also the dressing room is so fancy and actually has great lighting in them so you can truly see what your buying."

"I visited this store twice since they reopened in baybrook mall and both times were terrible experiences. The staff that work there are extremely rude and unprofessional. The girl working the register has zero communication skills. She gave off the impression that I was bothering her by checking out my items. They don’t greet you when you walk into the store nor ask if you need help finding anything. It was just a bad experience overall. Do not recommend."

"Visited Baybrook mall today, and I have to say that the young man wearing the red/ black stripped button shirt was very helpful and informative of the specials and free shipping they offer if they do not have your size available! I felt like I did not walk out being miss informed and I wished I would have gotten his name because he honestly gives AWESOME customer service and makes people feel welcomed and aware of the sales/promotions going on in the store."
