"horrible customer service…i was at the store enjoying my shopping until i go up to pay out and the employee( wish i got her name) did not try to even smile or hide the fact that she was annoyed. and here i am greeting her with a smile when it’s suppose to be HER job to do so. after that i matched her attitude because i’m not going to be nice to a employee who isn’t doing the same. went to another store and the treated me nice and i did so as well.. that easy…."
"I enjoy this brand, but too bad that my experience has to be an unpleasant one. The teenage employees here have really rude and stinky attitudes. There was one nice black girl which helped me at the changing room. But the rest of the employees make me not want to return here. So unprofessional. Y’all need to train your employees in customer service and how to be friendly."
"I work at the mall as well and I went in on my break because I heard they had good promotions. I stood in line for five minutes because the girls at front were flirting with some guys. Then when it was my turn to check out they just walked away like nothing happened. When I finally got their attention to check me out , someone else was asking them for help which they totally ignored. I had to let them know several times another customer needed their help. I love the store but their employees need to do better on their customer service !"
