"I wish I would have seen the reviews before having service done here. I had a horrible experience with receiving a still broken phone and not being able to get the full cost of what I paid for it back (after being told before service was rendered that I would receive a full refund). It was very disappoiting. When I got on the phone with someone from "upper management" the guy was not kind to me. I literally left in tears and with full regret. I will never go back to this place again nor will I recommend their service. Please avoid and go somewhere else."
