"Rude, rude, rude! Jay the owner has zero customer service, incompetent billing department, and scheduling that doesn't exist. I feel bad for the technicians who catch the raw end of the deal when they arrive to a customer's site. DO NOT RECOMMEND. I've taken my business elsewhere as this has been ongoing for almost the entirety of my lease."

"I called Cool Tech about a problem I was having with my Scottsman Ice machine, hoping to schedule a service appointment. A service man listened to my issue over the phone and offered a simple potential fix based on my description. I tried what he said and it worked, problem solved! They could have charged me a significant amount of money to come out l, diagnosis and fix my problem but they offered free advice for a simple fix over the phone, based solely on my description. I know who I will be calling to come out when I have larger problem with my ice machine. Kudos to Cool Tech, we need more businesses like them!"
