"My current washer broke down and I called 3 Bees to give me a quote for repair. Luis advised me that it was probably a good idea to get a new one. I told him what I was looking for and how much I wanted to spend. The first washer was not 100% working and once that was verified he told me he would have a replacement at my house on Tues. The replacement works 100% fine. You have to understand you are dealing with used appliances. I gave a 5 star rating because Luis was willing to do what was necessary to make me a happy customer. Thanks"
"The 3 bees crew are wonderful people, if occasionally a little rough around the edges when it comes to communication. We have not had to use their warranty, but they did deliver way out of their way, no charge, and the young man that showed up helped me get the washer into our washroom (pain the (...)) at no extra charge. We've just had a lot of bad luck lately, or I'd have paid them extra. I honestly can't lavish enough praise on these guys. Based on our dealings with them to current, they're honest, hard working, fast, and dependable. Should anything change, I'll update this review, because good, trustworthy people are hard to find when it comes to appliances. That said, again, I can't recommend theses guys enough. Thank you Luis and crew!"
