"Called and talked to a young lady named Erica. Described an issue I had with my oven and the part I needed to fix it was discontinued. Sent pictures and shortly was called back and told that they could not fix it but she would call several of her vendors to see if any of them could help. She set me up with a vendor who I think can fix my problem. All on her own time after knowing they were not doing business with me. What a first class operation. No wonder they have 273 reviews with an overall 5 star rating!"

"I had my Speenqueen washing machine serviced under warranty with JJ Appliance. I would highly recommend this company for warranty repairs. My initial call to request service was answered promptly. The same day of the call, I received a text from the technician letting me know when he could come by. He came by in a timely manner, accessed the problem, & ordered the parts needed & told me approximately how long it would take for the parts to come in. Right on schedule, he texted me that he was in route to do the needed repairs. Within 15 minutes he had the parts in & washer running. My technician, J. Garcia, was very professional, knowledgable, & on time every time. Top notch service!"

I liked the amount of communication. Joe was friendly and knowledgeable about appliances. He assessed the problem with my washer almost immediately before I even showed him. He fixed the problem and was out in 20 minutes. My machine works great again. This company was recommended to me by the place I bought my Speed Queen washer/dryer and I recommend them to you!"
