"Payed $100 to get my screen fixed on my iPhone 12. Got the phone back and noticed the bottom right corner of the screen was popping out, took it back and asked the guy working there at the time if he could fix it he said “let me give it a try” worked on it for a bout 15-20 minutes and gave it back. About 20 minutes after I got my phone back I noticed it was still doing the same thing so I took it back again, this time it was a different guy working there and he claimed my phone was bent and that’s the reason the screen wasn’t staying down. Fed up with their little shack I took it to a phone repair shop across the street. The guy working there laughed when I told him what had happened, and told me the phone probably just needed some adhesive glue to hold the screen down I payed him $20 to glue the screen down and haven’t had a problem with the screen popping off since. Guess the guys at Dr. Cell Phones don’t know what they’re doing or didn’t want to put work into actually fixing my phone."
"Had my screen replaced it was a good price but when I picked it up the back was broken. It wasn't broken when I dropped it off. Finally got them to replace it then it was the wrong color. Very poor customer service."
"This place is the best I personally am horrible with phones, and have cracked my screen more times then I’d like to admit. But they always got a great price always way faster than they say and parts in stock. They’ve also done me some solid favors such as a few days ago it rained and my screen got wetter then I should have let it and I thought It was toast but when I brought it up expecting to buy a new screen but he opened my phone and got it dry and back to perfect at no charge. Solid company's make solid moves"
