"Went into the pharmacy to get a flue shot. I also made an appointment ahead to get in and out. Understand that sometimes there are delays. A gentlemen was there ahead of me. I inform them I had arrived for my appointment. The man had asked the young lady if he could get the flue shot and she cued him in. Well they were busy with training and customers. After waiting for 25 minutes after my appointment. The pharmacist call the man without an appointment for his shot. I did express my discontent with the techs and the pharmacist but she said nonchalantly that it happens. I said what is the appointment line for then. She dismissed me and laughed about it and replied she was not going to argue. The sadness of this is not even an apology. All I can say is I will never return there. I suggest you go to Walmart pharmacy for shots etc. They treat customers with respect and appreciation. Without customers you do not have a job. We the customers pay your salary."

"Went to this store at 9:50pm get my daughter anti-nausea medicine. Doors were blocked by shopping carts and an employee with arms crossed, shaking her head no, telling me but to come in. What is the point of being open until 10pm if you are closing the doors 10 minutes early?"

"Im giving a 2 star review based on the friendly cashiers but the photo dept is lacking in customer service skills. We placed an order for a very important canvas print as a gift to our daughter and it had been 48 hours and my husband was told they didn’t know when it would be printed because the employee had just arrived. He cancelled it and I reordered at the Prue/Bandera store. Their teenage photo employee had more customer service skills than the adult at this one. We will be shopping at the Bandera/Prue location from now on."

"At first- I would have given here zero stars if I could. But Amanda always goes above and beyond to help me, a genuinely kind human. I had to switch to a different pharmacy because of my insurance and I was devastated… because my prior pharmacy was amazing. Amanda knew how frustrated I was because a very important medication was over a month late- for my migraine care. Her and her manager found the medication and had an employee go get it for me because I’m night blind. Since that day, I haven’t had any issues, and I’m always grateful to see her smiling face behind the counter. Thanks Amanda and all others in the pharmacy!"
