"Very unsatisfied with the work this repair shop gave me. These people are some of the biggest scammers in town. They’ll lure you in with low prices and polite service assuring their work is remarkable. They will definitely give you the exact opposite. I sat in the shop while my phone was being repaired only to witness customer being lied to over the phone. One customer came into the store to pick up a tablet that she was told was ready for pickup the day before. When she arrived she was told that they’re still waiting on a part that in so many words, they broke! He informed her that he had the replacement part in route. When the part for the ladies tablet came in he slipped up and told me that the part wouldn’t work for her and she would probably have to order a part he located on Amazon. Like really!? He finished repairing my phone and encouraged me to leave a good review on google for them. I’m so glad I didn’t leave a review until now. My phone is pretty much in a worse condition than when I brought it to this shop. They repaired my screen and the back of my phone only to give me back a useless phone. My camera shakes the whole time when trying to take a picture, the vibration doesn’t work at all, my screen touch works when it wants to, my phone freezes up randomly and the battery will not hold a charge. I’m going to have to take my phone to another repair shop so the money you think you will be saving here you will end up paying double if not more to take your item somewhere else. I’m very disappointed that I saw all these red flags and still paid for this poor excuse of a repair. I will never recommend anyone to go to this store and I’ll be contacting the BBB so we can get these scammers out of business. SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE!"

"DO NOT TAKE YOUR PROPERTY TO THIS PLACE IT WILL BE STOLEN. LOOK AT THE CRACK LAB they renamed it to try to boost their reviews but it is all a SCAM. I have been trusting and hoping the guy would keep his word but he hasn't. Now after 2 months he's blocked my number and can't even reach out. At this point he's stolen my tablet and I will be forced to take legal action. I saw another person is going legally as well. If you are this person please contact me and we can take action jointly."

"This place is an absolute joke. Believe all the negative reviews, I’m pretty sure the 5 star reviews are fake. Also, the business hours are just for show. The employees are never at the store, if you want someone to be there you have to call and say you’re coming in, then give them 30-45 minutes to drive to the store. In the middle of the day, during business hours. Took my PlayStation here to be repaired, was told it would be 2 days. On the second day, they hadn’t even looked at it yet. We texted and called the owner every day, and on the rare occasion that he actually answered, he would say “it’s still not ready” with no explanation. We were polite and patient despite his attitude. 3 weeks of him dodging calls and ignoring texts later, he finally tells us he ordered the part needed for the repair and it would take “7-21 days” to arrive. He gave us so much attitude just because we wanted him to be straightforward about it and stop trying to scam us. So we waited another 3 weeks. Still, no word from him. We finally got tired of waiting, and after reading more reviews about the owner keeping products and claiming they were stolen, we told him we would pick it up, fixed or not. He wasted 6 weeks of our time only to not even fix it."

"This is not a professional business and you should not waste your time or money here! I just got back from an iphone authorized dealer and they showed me how the "repair" this store did was done complete incorrect. Back in june I took my iphone here to have the front and back glass replaced. We agreed to $300 cash or card and the repair would be done by 7pm that evening. When we showed up to pick it up that evening the store was closed early and he wouldnt answer our calls to the cell phone he provided. The next day he texted and said to meet at the shop at 10am. We got there and waited outside with other customers until after 12pm for him to get there. The entire time texting " I am almost there" Once this winner finally got to his shop he told us he would only accepted cash. At this point I was pretty mad and argued with him about how unprofessional this entire experience was. We then went and got cash from an ATM paid for the phone only to have this dude text me for multiple days saying the cops were gonna come to my house for harassing him. ( I still have the texts). Now almost a year later I took my phone to an authorized dealer because it wasnt working right. Turns out I paid $300 for a repair done wrong! There are 100's of legitimate businesses to get a phone repaired. Please done get scammed by this terrible place."

"These guys are great. They are very willing to work with you on any project you have. I needed 2 apple watches repaired and they gave me a deal on both. I also needed to buy a phone and they had a used phone that was the perfect fit and price for me. I needed that phone to work in Mexico and they were able to unlock the phone to be used in Mexico. Works just as it should. I've always been skeptical about getting screens replaced on today's devices. These guys did a fantastic job. The screens look just like they did when the device was new. Fantastic and highly recommended."
