"The service was great while I was there. Friendly and attentive, but I do not recommend them at all. I got my phone fixed from them a few months ago because my charging port had taken water damage and wouldn't charge. They fixed my charging port and told me they also replaced the screen. Immediately i noticed my phone wasn't charging as fast as it did before, but I chalked it up to it being a new or different part. Within a few days the screen started cracking but I chalked that up to it being the nature of my work, constantly pushing my leg against metallic counters, but none of my past phones have ever cracked from that even after one and half years of having them. Overtime the cracking only got worse. Now only the top third of my screen is not cracked. Within the past few days, again now maybe three months after I got my phone fixed, the screen they put on my phone is starting to come off. I can tell the adhesive used to put the screen on is wearing off which I've never seen on any phone I've ever had in the past. It's very clear they don't take as much care in repairing the phones as they should. They're probably using cheap, low quality parts to make more money, evidenced by the fact that my phone doesn't charge as fast as when I bought it, the screen is not as strong as past phones that I've had, and the screen is peeling off. They charged me $129 dollars for this repair and I regret it more and more every day."
