"This thrift store is really high on prices. I understand it's all donations and they have to pay employees. But the employees are all immigrants or refugees. You can't understand their english and the cashier is always on the stores phone on personal calls. Don't they take breaks for that. And also they take merchandise home and don't pay for their items and if they do pay. We don't know how much they pay . The Goodwill is more reasonable and so is the salvation army. And also their shopping carts are from other stores. That they probably found out on the street. This store buys all their stuff from brokers who make people donate from private companies and then sell what is the bags they buy. This store doesn't accept donations but they buy from private brokers. That is why they have to sell so expensive to make a profit."

"This used to be a favorite for me but not anymore. The prices are ridiculously high. Employees are rude too. Store is clean and organized but they can care less if they are in your way. No manners."

"for someone who’s never been here before this store is REALLY misleading. thinking the prices that were written in sharpie directly onto the front of every object in the store besides cloth and movies were codes for what type of items they were because “5.45” is just written as 5 4 5 scribbled with sharpie on the front of items. my friend and i who came both got the exact same cup, payed at the register 5.45 for mine before i realized my friends cup has 191 written on it. the cashier shrugs her shoulders and doesn’t give another care about it because they don’t do refunds of any kind."

"First and foremost, the location is not pleasant. Often times, you have what appears to be homeless people loitering or literally sleeping on the sidewalk next to the establishment. As far as the actual store, the layout is okay but the presentation of items is a bit unruly. Areas are definitely not clean. Also, the way they price items is unsatisfactory. Other thrift stores provide same/standard rate pricing for item categories, for instance with books, the paper backs will ALL be one price, hardbacks will ALL be one price. Here, they will either look up every single book and/or go off what they think the book should be worth, and price it. This provides unrealistic, inconsistent, and unfair pricing. Doesn't the shop get these items for free?? Another awful aspect of this shop, is the lines. Every single time I have been in the shop, the lines are long, and the checkout process is at a snail's pace. There are 4 registers and most of the time only one person will be checking out people. I see people putting their stuff back and walking out, instead of waiting, which is understandable. Lastly, the rewards system they have is egregious. Explain to me how its okay that you reset people's points every single week, and you allow only one day/one chance to redeem these points? Doesn't that create a bottleneck? What if that person cannot make it that week? All of what they spent is voided? Other thrift shops that have rewards, keep your points long term, so you can use them when you can. Every dollar spent is a point earned. Not here...at the end of the week, if you cant make it on Sunday, and take part in the stampede of people trying to redeem their points too, you will have no points the following week. This store's reward system is unacceptable and borderline fraudulent."
