"The worst sephora ever. Most importantly, they never have anything in stock. I encourage you to go look for yourself, the store appears ransacked. I promised….all inventory is out. I keep asking myself…why do you keep going to this sephora and disappointing yourself. Staff there says…what’s out on the shelves is what we have. Soooo, I wonder if Sephora corporate is aware that Kohl’s at Northwood is running it like they do. Bc I’ve been to the one off Bandera in San Antonio and it world’s of difference."

"I failed to get the sales reps name at the return desk. I have had to make a few returns from Christmas and she usually is the same person. She provides excellent service, quick and efficient and always with a smile. I worked retail returns/lay aways a long time ago and sometimes customers can really put one in a bad mood when they are so rude. She is GREAT! Date was 1/4/24 at 1:48 PM 0644/0025/7393/4 2116XXX. I sure hope you can figure out who she is with the info I have provided because she should definitely be commended."

"I love my Kohl's store!!! Just wanted to share some pictures that I took yesterday. Great shopping experience I love looking at the clearance. The store continues to work hard at keeping the appearance clean and shopping friendly. Two of the pictures I took are of the dressing room. Spacious and with hooks so you have a place to hang your different choices and a seat to sit down in. The cosmetics line has lots to offer. Great pricing you just have to look for the deal you want and you can get great opportunities to save money and cash back. The employees are friendly and helpful. Two of the best are BJ and Caroline. They both have worked there for almost 20yrs. I know because I personally worked there back then. Good job opportunity if you're looking for employment. Working retail is not for everyone. I believe their customer service is great. They try to do whatever they can to resolve your shopping needs. I can't say enough about Kohl's except happy shopping!!!"
