"I needed a tuxedo for my daughters wedding and having rented from other rental stores such as Al's Formal Wear in the past, I wanted a better quality, better fitting, and classier look for my daughter's wedding. As soon as I walked into Height's Tuxedo I needed to look no further. The tux displayed by the window got my immediate attention, the classic black tie look I wanted and needed to compliment my daughter's beautiful wedding dress. Rob, who I assume is the owner assisted me, informed me of the very affordable price, measured me, and provided me with all the information I needed such as tailoring, the pick up date and his guarantee to refund me if there was anything wrong with the tux. Prior to the pick up scheduled date I had to leave for Dallas and would not be back in town until the morning of my daughter's wedding. I worried that I would not have time to pick up the tux and called Rob prior before leaving for Dallas. After explaining my concerns to Rob, he eased my worries and informed me that I could pick up the tux before I left for Dallas and assured me that the final tailoring touches would be complete before I picked it up. I picked up the Tux the morning before leaving for Dallas and after arriving back to San Antonio and within a few hours of my daughter's wedding, I tried on the tux and wow, it fit like a glove. It was fantastic. It fit comfortably, It was sharp and definitely had the look I wanted...Classy! Here's the kicker. After returning the tux the following Monday, Rob again assisted me, asked if the tux was what I expected and added, "If not, what can I do to make it right for you?" Wow. I told Rob that I loved it and in fact thought about buying it. I may do so after I recoup from the expenses of my daughter's wedding, her dress, the venue and of course the open bar. Like his tuxedos, Rob is a classy guy. If you are looking for a tux that's just okay, will get you thru the day and still has the smell of the last guy who wore it, go to Al's Formal Wear or another place but if you are looking for the classic clean look, a beautiful fit, great service and a reassurance to get your tux on time before your event, go see Rob. "I took my son to Heights Tuxedo to be measured for a tuxedo. We were not purchasing from this establishment; just needed measurements to send to an out-of-state bridal shop for a wedding in Tennessee. We had gone to several places but none of the measurements we were given elsewhere were what the bridal shop needed. Mr. Rogers took the measurements, had my difficult-to-fit son try on several tuxedo pieces to ensure a proper fit, then completed a form to be given to the bridal shop. He was enormously helpful, efficient, and most of all, kind. If you are a gentleman in need of formal wear, do not hesitate to go as fast as you can to see Mr. Rogers. You'll be glad you did, I guarantee it."

"Exclusive service! The groom had an agreement with AL's Formal Wear but I went there 3 times and they still couldn't find a good fit, and besides, they never had the slim fit. Then I came to Tuxedo Heights and they found exactly the same suit, with slim fit and got it ready in one day, right before the wedding! They did an amazing job, very professional and flexible.
