"My complicate is that the owner was very rude to me, got home with my smocks one was missing a loop, looked it over really good before calling, my husband even took a look too, well had to call smockers when I explained what was wrong with my smock the owner began telling it was impossible that their couldn't have been anything wrong it so they sent me another one, but when the other smock came it was also missing the loop too called to talk to the owner was very rude and would not listen to what I trying to tell her again it was impossible she said for two smocks to not have the loop inside them she explained very rude I'm telling her I dont want to argue only that the loop was still not in the smock so I took pictures emailed them to her yesterday I talk to her today she sent another smock but what I find very disturbing it she never apologize for being rude and not listening to what a customer was telling her about a smock all she said I sent another one and I check it before putting in the package just what she said about the last one that was sent I gave them money with no agreement why is it that you can't listen without being rude will not every purchase again from this company because they don't respect or value customers service."
