"Arrived at CVS Pharmacy drive-thru at Culebra and Galm at 7:54 pm. They close at 8:00 pm, so clearly I arrived before they closed. They told me to come back the next day. They had the gall to tell me I should've gone inside if I thought I wasn't going to be helped in time. It shouldn't matter if you are inside or at a drive-thru, you stay until the last customer that arrives before your closing hours is helped. I got to the window right at 8:00 pm. If I could leave zero stars I would. The thing is I arrived around the same time the previous time and was helped, so this is randomly enforced. I am out of my medication for one day when I arrived on time. Worst customer experience I've experienced by far."

"Lisa Jordan who identified herself as the pharmacy lead, utilized pure disrespect, discrimination, and a lack of care or concern for the customer thereafter disconnecting the call when asked the reason for a text stating a medication set for delivery was suddenly canceled prompting me to contact the pharmacy. The funds have already been withdrawn from my account. Meanwhile, Lisa stated and I quote “I don’t know what to tell you, you’ll have to pay again or I’m NOT dispensing any medications”. I ordered medications and had them delivered less than 30 days ago. If CVS suddenly changed this policy why was my order canceled hours later, money taken from my account and zero options to accommodate this sudden change unbeknownst to me?"

"Worst experience ever. Prescription sent over to them at 2:30. Drove over at 3:30 fir pick up. Was told to wait 2 more hours. Called 3 hours later, told me to come in an hour. Waited hour, showed up to be told the generic isn't covered by my insurance. They don't have the name brand. Said I would pay cash for the generic as it is blood pressure medication and they told me to wait 25 more minutes. Never again, had they done things properly I could have gone to a different CVS with it in stock....but no they waited until 8 pm, an hour before close to tell me. Never again."

"DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!!! They were out of a med so I was told to call another location and to wait until they helped 5 other people before they would help me. I waited my turn, why should I have to wait longer? I ended up going to another location to pick up. Also, second med was missing info from doc. The Pharmacist refused to call the ER to get info. She said “I don’t have time call on every order or I would be on the phone all day!” I called and had the ER on the phone and the Pharmacist said, “I don’t take phone calls.” The other tech laughed and they continued ignore me like I wasn’t there. I had to go back to ER and get paper script and take to another Pharmacy. This is the worst Pharmacy I have ever gone to. Never will I go to CVS again! I am reporting them to the Texas State Board of Pharmacy."
