"I can’t remember the last time I rented a Tux. Al’s Formal Wear, and their nice, professional staff (Sara and her assistant) made it simple and easy. I was pleasantly surprised that the material on the tuxedo was light, cool and modern. They initially measured me, then later had it ready for pick-up, ahead of schedule, then helped me try it on and understand how everything fits together. "I got fitted and the employee told me that they would call me when I needed to come in and try my tux on. 3 days before the wedding I have not heard from ALs so I call them and they say.....no we sent you an email 3 days ago. Tux fit great but the shoes were way too small....and bent up.....the employee at Al's tells me it's too late to get another pair and I would have to eat the $25 shoe rental fee. And buy a new pair of shoes somewhere else.HUH? Don't believe them when they say $99 special.....it cost me $150 and no shoes. Will not rent from Al's again."

She was was fantastic in helping everyone and explaining to us all how sorry she was for the inconvenience. She gave us the best experience and was so attentive. She helped us with the colors of the ties and explaining all the things that would go along with the tuxedo we picked out. "I can't really imagine how could a formal wear rental service be worse than that. I had to come here because my sister chose this place so that we all have same suit at her wedding. I came in for measurement and confirmed they have slim fit and they said yes. I come in 5 days before the wedding and I look like an idiot! The suit is extremely big on me, nothing fits! I told them "I can't look like an idiot at my sister's wedding, it's unacceptable". And they told me they will fix it in 2 days, and that they don't have slim fit for this suit. I came after two days and the pants are super small (still large at the bottom). The jacket would fit a huge belly but was ok at the shoulders. So I would still look like an idiot. Then the day before the wedding I came in and the pants broke as I was putting them on... cmon!! They fixed it right away though. I refused to rent it since it was bad at so many levels. The pants were small up, big down, the jacket would fit at shoulders but would fit a man twice my size. And I was told "we can't do anything about it, since it's a rental". Then I went to Tuxedo Heights, and they found exactly the same suit, slim fit, got it in one day and it fit perfectly."
