"Our infant is on his second cranial helmet (a custom orthotic device), and it can be very tough to find places that will apply vinyl wraps to them, to make them look cute and less like a medical device! Infinity Conversions has applied a decal (purchased by us elsewhere) to our baby's helmet not once, but twice, done an excellent job, and refused to accept any payment for it. Specifically, I've worked with Patrick both times, who has been accommodating, caring, and an all-around pleasure to interact with. We have yet to go to them for auto needs, but we will be their customers for that in the future! Just wanted to give them some praise because I believe in supporting businesses that have excellent people and customer service."

"I asked these guys to install a few things, and they did a good job at the install except for not notifying me when they messed something up. I have aftermarket head and taillights. They must’ve messed up one of the plugs and just soldered the wire back together. I called and asked what happened, and they called me while I was working in the OR. They didn’t leave a message, an apology, nothing. When I need to take out my housing, I’ll have to cut the wire, and find someone to fix the plug they messed up otherwise, I won’t be able to remove the housing from the truck at all unless I cut the wire which I’m trying to avoid. Their lack of honesty would get them no stars if that was a possibility."
