"Went this morning at 9am, was in an out in 15-20 minutes. They were able to see that my tire had a screw in it and made a good repair! They also notified me that my rear windshield wiper badly needed to be replaced. Luckily I have spares at home. The experience was great, they explained everything, worked quickly and efficiently and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need."
"Important Review: All four tires where replace on my vehicle last week. Each and every employee did an excellent job. They currently have a great team, that works collectively. They break down every step of the process to their customers allowing them to understand what to expect. Everything was done in about an hour. I can't guarantee you a short wait time, because they are extremely busy some days and as you know or have seen customers can be very impatient and abrassive. But I have never seen them lose their cool, they are never disrespectful or neglectful with their work. Please keep in mind that they do take walk-ins and try to accommodate for everyone, you can always schedule an appointment or call in advance to see how busy they are. Today they fix a flat, I had a screw stuck (probably from the HEB parking lot). Again I was very impressed and pleased with their customer service. Thank you."
