"I Came today and was assisted by Henry. He was very nice, personable , and to the point. I was in and out in less than a hour. You don’t get that kind of service and that fast anywhere. Especially for alignments and oil changes. Prices are reasonable as well."

"2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation!? The manager guy wasn't very friendly. He didn't even go over the multi point inspection. Definitely not worth $150! - Update: I got a call back from Henry, who was interested in my original 1 star review. He did a good job explaining that a 1.5-2 hour wait is typical. He also shared the details of the inspection. In the future, I hope that they will give customers a clear expectation of how long their service will take when the vehicle is dropped off, and give some kind of feedback on inspections, even if everything is in good working order. As for the guy who took my payment, please polish your customer service skills."

After my tire was repaired, I was informed of other maintenance issues that needed attention without the pressure of getting them repaired the same day.
