"This pharmacy is the rudest ever. We arrived at the drive thru at 1:20pm waiting in line. Got up to the window trying to purchase Claritin D at 1:26 for them to tell us we had to go inside to purchase. I go inside to purchase just to have the guy closing the security gates behind me, boxing me in. The lady at the register told me I could only purchase one per license, so I had my husband come inside with his license. I needed 2. One for me and one for my son. My husband had his license and our purchase was done by 1:30pm. All during this time we had the man working at the pharmacy being VERY rude with hateful comments, because he stated they were closing to go to lunch. YES, I realize lunch time but customer service is not pushing people out and being confrontational with them while they are there BEFORE closing time and purchase time on receipt even showed it was just then 1:30pm. I do not recommend this area at all!!!!!!! Very rude and all about themselves. I work with public and you don’t have to be rude and confrontational with people.. The guy was not only confrontational with me, he was also with my husband.. if he would’ve just left us alone, we would’ve been out of their way before 1:30 anyways."

"I have NEVER had a problem or issue with my prescription. They are friendly and prompt, and even offer a smile when they are clearly over-worked."

"Always slow and rude in the pharmacy. The only reason we came back to this store was because the doctor still had it on file. Gave name and birthdate and they say they don’t have anything even though the doctor called it in and they sent a text saying it was ready. Had to give them the prescription number from the text for them to find it. Multiple workers who apparently don’t like their jobs. Or they would rather everyone use the drive through."

"This pharmacy is a joke! Everytime I go to pick up my meds there is an issue.... And it's always CVS in the wrong. It's not the pharmacists but the people that work there. One would think that they would be semi familiar with medications and need to knowledge to be there. Several of the employees done even listen to what you say or understand. Can't wait to move my rx's it of there!"

"I was trying to get a prescription filled that my usual pharmacy had trouble filling. I called and spoke with a pharmacist or pharmacy tech the 2 days ago. Went through all of the questions to get in the system and permission to contact my usual pharmacy was given to him. 5 minutes after we hung up I received a text and a voicemail stating my pharmacy was closed so they would try again in the morning. 2 days later-nothing. I tried to call for 2 1/2 hrs literally was disconnected by the automatic system after being on hold for 20- 30 minutes each time. Finally after 2 hrs and 15 minutes I managed to get the automotive system to get a real life person at the front of the store! Only to be put on hold again, then transferred back to the pharmacy loop then when I did get a real pharmacist they had no idea what I was talking about. Had to start all over again only to be told they didn’t have any record of my contact with the pharmacy from 2 days ago! What a waste of time! Totally unorganized and frustrating."
