"I went in with a check engine light on, went forward with the recommended diagnosis only to be back 1 week later with the check engine light back on. I went in and they said that what they replaced the first time, it’s “normal” that the other coils went bad and all of them needed to be replaced. When they couldn’t see that the first time I came in? So I replaced all of what was “needed” and guess what? My check engine light was on again 3 days later. I go back and it’s a totally unrelated thing. Each time it’s a repair over 1k. Based on other reviews, it has me thinking that they’re doing something not right for you to come back and spend more money. Obviously did not go through with this repair. Visiting them 3 times in the span of 3 weeks with a check engine light is ridiculous. Don’t trust these people."

"They will fix what you came in for a brake something else and make it seem like it just happens my coolant line was fine I went for oil change and my coolant line was mysteriously cut those dirt bags only suggested on how to fix it when my car was perfectly fine before I took it there don’t ever do business with this Firestone you’ll get scammed and end up paying more every time wish I could do negative 10 stars !!!!!"

"I had my car towed here after an issue at another shop. They were amazing helping me through this ordeal and even communicated with the other shop directly some which was much appreciated because car issues are above my head. They were incredibly patient with the situation and kept open communication during a very stressful time for me. Chase, John, and Chris, thanks for putting up with all the phone calls and headaches! Yall are the best."

"Great job!!! I came here hoping I just needed air in my tires after someone else put air in them, but the light didn't go away. They let me know it would be a 2 hour wait and so I made an appointment for the same day's afternoon. They took a look and called me every step of the way to tell me that there was a sensor that was dead and they didn't know if there was more than one, and it was going to be about an hour of labor and $270 total. When I came to pick it up, they actually lowered the labor cost so I only paid $175! I was elated. They said they decided to lower the labor after they found only one sensor broken and it was not as much effort as expected. I'm so pleased."
