"Sadly really didn't get a customer friendly service. I walked around for a bit, no greeting no service just music and people in the back watching as I continued around the store. It's one thing to follow a person around but it's another to not acknowledge having a customer in your store when your doors let you know. Never know who's coming in and trying to do business but after that undervalued experience, I'm not able to review past this."

"I have been a customer for 7 years. I had an account with them and I came to the store on 45. I had bought a refrigerator and a stove. I was told by Mr. Pedro that they didn't have the refrigerator at that time and he offered me the display refrigerator for the same price. I thought that was not right because other stores give discounts for display items. I told him no, then he said I have to wait 2weeks for the refrigerator and I told him that is fine. 2 week later came and I went to the store because I told him I wanted the refrigerator to be delivered and I haven't heard nothing back in regards picking up the stuff. He said don't worry I will take care of it. He send the display refrigerator to my house. I been coming to the store so they can fix my contact this isy 5 trip to the store. Finally Ms. Alexandra fix the problem. To the customer be careful because they will send you the display items with out you knowing."

"I originally wanted a washer and dryer but could not find the right pair in gas. But Eduardo never quit from getting my application approved to looking all over for the right washer/ dryer combo. Eduardo did something I have not seen in a while, he went to work and did not quit. It took some time because they do verify all references but he was continually on the phone letting me know what was going on and he was unfailingly polite. Something you don't see often anymore. The Father's day sale is on until June 28th with some good deals. I ended up buying a 55 inch TV and could not be happier. From TV's, bedroom sets, living room sets, beds, large window unit AC's, small appliances, washers, dryers and refigerators. They have a pretty good selection. See my man Eduardo for excellent customer service and a can do attitude."
