"I have missed three days of work . They are the worst communicators with each other and their customers. I am still waiting on the furniture and they said they would call me back yesterday and I never received a call!!!!!: I also called back yesterday and they NEVER answered my call!!!!! This has been the wrost experience I've ever had with Rent-A-Center It's 10:45 am the next day and still have not called.The worst part I called yesterday at 10 when they open talked to the girl and she said I will after the meeting. Then I called around 4:30 yesterday talked to and she said, oh I am the only one here and someone else I can't leave the store then she was I call you .That's when the phone was ringing with no answer. She could have been told me that they where short people at 10 am. Not me call agina in the afternoon then found out that , what about my job I need to pay bills I have kids to take care of. And waiting around is wasting my time and money. All I wish is to back out this contract and go with another company maybe Aaron's. Because they never even had the furniture I wanted. Update!!!) I wish I would have gotten the lady name that help me on Sat.08/27/22 . She heard my complaints and then help me to get what I really wanted. So will update if anything changes !"
