"Great location but the staff is less than helpful and borderline rude at times when attempting to ask a question. Live across the freeway but will drive to Spring, or 59 & little York location to make purchases. Need better hiring practices at this location if employees are on cell phones, talking to one another, or in their own lala land you're not going to get assistance or told to go to someone else..."

"Honestly I live 3 miles from this west road Home Depot location and I’d rather go further to the spring location to get better customer service. I brought a weed eater and the cashier that called the garden associate to unlock the echo trimmers. Was more interested in helping than the actual garden associate. He had to finish his text messages in front of me before he asked me how can I help you. If there was a 0 star option I’d give it but the young lady in the self checkout lane gave this location 2 stars. I wish I knew her name."
