"To whom it may concern, My name is Rudy I have an account with the rent a center on Aldine mail route, I receive calls multiple times a day with VMs too. I let the supervisor Travis know I will be paying on a specific day and I told him to notate my acc. Yet I still receive calls. Travis also curses me out over the phone and threatens me saying wait till he catches me ETC. I have all of this recorded. On top of this I also have payments that were unauthorized trying to be taken out of my account and when I called Travis to let him know he Hung up on me, which I also recorded. I would like a district manager to reach out to me regarding this issue and I will be taking you guys to court if I do not get contacted asap. Thanks."

"So my son and daughter in-law rented a bed and bed frame from this location. They paid the bed off but still owed $66 dollars on the frame. The $12.78 payment is due on Saturday. This Rent A Center sent a driver out to demand payment Saturday morning at 10:20am. Then after calling the store another guy showed up to flex his muscles wanting payment. This goes against Rent A Center's own code of ethics. After we paid off the bed frame the guy who was flexing this muscles started yelling and called my son a broke ni****. My son is white just to clarify. I do not recommend anyone renting anything from this location."
"I want to say this store is far the best clean and have free drinks candies the staff is really nice always smiling billy and the guys and tanika the manager she goes beyond to help customers she understands how hard it’s out here . I have been a customer for years and I love this rent a center they make you feel like family"
