"La Madeleine has been a long time staple for my family. I ordered just a bowl of soup which was good as usual. Tea….of 3 containers. 1 completely empty…1 with 1/2 glass. So no one refill. So disappointing to see no tables bussed during the 45 min. I was there. When I left…probably 8 tables stacked with dirty dishes. I made a stop in the ladies room as I headed out. It was so smelly with water and trash on the floor I opted not to use the restroom. Times are tough everywhere. I hate to see our favorite places so significantly impacted."
"This place has lost a step in quality over the years, but the croissants are still awesome. French toast coffee is strong and smooth. The container for strawberry Romanov sauce container seems to have gotten smaller. Sad face. Guess they saved some cost per serving, but I think they are losing more with less orders. It's sooo yummy even if too small a serving."
"LaMadeline boasts a truly stunning location, perfect for enjoying a meal outdoors. While the service was friendly, there were some hiccups: our americanos arrived 30 minutes after our food. The food itself was decent, but the country soup could have been hotter and the quiche had room for improvement in terms of temperature and seasoning. Additionally, the condition of the tables was concerning, with many being scratched and wobbly, making it a bit nerve-wracking to have hot drinks on them. If LaMadeline addresses these issues, particularly the service wait times and table maintenance, I would be more inclined to return for another try. My recommendation: Areas of improvement 1. Must hire at least 4-6 Waitresses 2. Maintenance 3. Management 4. Kitchen"
"Consistently tremendous service at this location and the food is always great. They often offer to make my favorite dessert order fresh for me since I always come at a slow time. Super sweet staff. I just wish they sold their sun-dried tomato pesto and regular pesto by the jar as well. I could eat that stuff with a spoon, lol."
