"We shop at this store all of the time and had to make a major refrigerator purchase back in July. We were told we could make the purchase and, even better, would be able to pay it off in 24 months with no interest. So far they have added almost $100 in interest to our credit card. When I spoke to their custom service manager, she informed me that there was nothing they could do about it because the sales assistant applied a $75 coupon. She told me that we couldn't have both the interest free period and a coupon on our purchase. After years of this being our go-to store, we will be shopping elsewhere."
"I went in to find room dividers. Unfortunately, they don’t carry them in store, but they can be delivered to the store or to your home with free shipping. The gentleman I spoke with was very helpful. The store is clean and the selection is great. The parking lot is a little hazardous with potholes. Hopefully they will fix that soon."
