"I wish I could give them no star, I called and tried to talk about an item I liked, the guy who answered hung up on me, I tried calling back and they told me my application came up as fraud? I called another store and they said they see no problem with my application. So it’s a person not wanting to do his job. So rude, if their employees are acting this way during a pandemic then they should all just be sent home or replaced."
