"We called early this morning to know the process of renting a trailer & the one we needed. We get to the store to be told one has expired plates & the other has a flat.. I wish we would have been told that over the phone. While waiting for our supplies we went to go look at trailers, none had flats.. Very disappointed"
"If I could give ZERO stars I would. 1st the employees were not at all knowledgeable about what they have there. Then I had to return some things and when I got there, there was one cashier already waiting on a man and 3 other cashiers and a manager with big black gauges in his ears sitting there in the return section talking. They all looked at me but kept chatting about stuff not related to work. Then he told them to close down their registers even tho I was standing by one that had the light on waiting for them. Then he looked at me and said the other lady can help me when she done with her other customer. WHY!? There was 4 of yall standing around ignoring the customer. Very poor customer service."
"Lines 50 people deep to make you check yourself out on the register and the assistant manager threatens to kick you out of the store, just by voicing your concern about it. I see the standards at this Home Depot are pretty low. LoL, well, he doesn’t have to worry about me ever coming back to this Home Depot."
"We have loyal customers and just wanted to return 3 small items. This cashier had an attitude from the time we got up there didn’t great anyone took the time and threw it on the table you can tell she was annoyed. So please teach your employees if they are not having a good day to leave that at the door or at home us as customers should not be treated that way! The same energy you give is what you get in return is exactly what I told her. So next time she will have a better attitude towards everyone…. More training should could use send her to some classes!!!"
