"As most of these reviews have stated. The workers are very unprofessional. I placed an order online and waited 2 weeks for someone to get back to me. Every single time I called I would be told they would call me back in a few minutes and never got a call back. I got a hold of a gentleman who directed me to yet another order form because they weren’t able to find my original form. I gave up on this company and found Houston Furniture rentals and sales. They were much more respectful, had better customer service and got the job done in less than 24 hours. I wasn’t going to write a review until I got a call today from the same rude lady that was no help the first time around. She called me and had the audacity to say “I called you three times today” while I waited weeks on end to hear back from someone, getting passed from one person to another. Ridiculous. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone."

"So far haven’t had any issues!! The fellas at this location are super helpful and quick to fix any issues I have!! Especially 3 of them… I don’t normally like to rent to own anything but glad I chose this place over rent a center or Aaron’s!"

"Staff looked and acted so unprofessional then they want you to sign your life away. Oh and if you live in a extended stay because of what ever reason whether your job has you moved here and you looking for a house or whatever the reason you can cancel getting anything you may need."

"This place is very Unprofessional. I should have turned around when I walked in and even looked so trashy. But being I was ordering new furniture I felt it would be okay. This company DO NOT have a TRUCK to deliver. They are always SHORT staff. And they Blame it on you . The guy told me it was taking almost two weeks for my furniture because they have to go to GREENSPOINT and they are short staffed (not my problem). I asked for the $119.00 back because I never received my furniture. He told me that’s anywhere you go it will take over a week. And was told I would get a call back from the manager to see if I could get it back. It was their fault I wasn’t service not mine. So they basically stole money from me. DO NOT SHOP HERE THEY WILL RIP YOU off. I was without furniture for 15 days and went to another company ordered and received it in 2 days…. This place is GHETTO, UNPROFESSIONAL and will TAKE you money knowing they can’t DELIVER"

"If I could give no ⭐ I would. This place is crazy. It's been 5 days and still what I ordered is not delivered in 2 days I'll have to pay and still haven't received anything. I'm so over this place."
