"Highly professional and intelligent. My washing machine broke. Samsung deep fill top loader. Jeff came by and gave an honest and fair evaluation. His explanation as to why the springs went bad was based on a weight and balance issues. Do not make the same mistake I made. I washed king size bedding and comforters. Apparently it’s very bad for these machines. Causes the suspension to go bad. A very expensive lesson. I appreciate his honesty and willingness to help make the best decision."

"Jeff fixed 2 appliances in my home ( washing machine and dishwasher). He was fast, efficient and very professional. He told me that he owns his own business which allows him to charge his customers with a fair and reasonable price. One thing I really like about the way he fixes things is he points out to you what the problem is and gives you choices on how to best resolve it in a way that is cost effective (You can either buy the parts from him or order from Amazon whichever is cheaper) so you can save money.
