"Highly professional and intelligent. My washing machine broke. Samsung deep fill top loader. Jeff came by and gave an honest and fair evaluation. His explanation as to why the springs went bad was based on a weight and balance issues. Do not make the same mistake I made. I washed king size bedding and comforters. Apparently it’s very bad for these machines. Causes the suspension to go bad. A very expensive lesson. I appreciate his honesty and willingness to help make the best decision."
