"First of all the friendly, neighborly demeanor of the folks working the truck was awesome. They give you a cookout atmosphere with super clean tables and great music playing loud enough to get your foot tapping, yet quiet enough that you can hold a conversation. Now on to the food. I LLOOOOVE birria, so I'm a little biased, but these were some of the best birria tacos I've ever had. Perfectly crispy yet soggy messy and wonderful. The combination of tender beef, cheese, spices, garnish and dipping juices was out of this world. The rice and beans are a good side, but the plantains are absolute perfection. If I lived here, I'd be by a few times a week, and probably a bit more overweight."

"Stopped here to eat before the Christmas Lighting downtown. Oh my gosh! Upset with myself for not eating here sooner! I’ve always passed by this food truck. Never again! The Latin food here is AMAZING!!! The food is so good and it will be freshly made of course. I ordered the 3 taco plate but I wanted fries instead of the rice and beans. My wife got the birrias tacos plate. She said it was the best she’s had in a long time. The owner said it was the best in Texas! lol He wasn’t lying though. It was amazing. I highly recommend everyone in Hutto to come try this food truck out. You won’t be disappointed!"

"Stumbled upon this little gem on our way to Frosties, sure glad we did. The family running it is so sweet. Our group had the Birria Tacos (DO NOT MISS), chicken tacos, beef tacos, quesadilla, beans rice & French fries. All the food was great, but the Birria Tacos were next level with the unexpected Smokeyness from the meat was outstanding. The consume was the perfect flavor as well. Their rice, beans and salsas were all amazing flavor as well. Definitely don’t pass this one up. You’ll definitely want to come early as they sell out often. We’ll be back to try their smoked wings (they were sold out) as well. PS., it’s BYOB!"
