"Horrible customer service. I placed an online order for one pizza at 7:45 it was supposed to be ready by 8:02. I got there and said I had an online order the worker just looked at the recipes and didn’t answer me. I asked some else 20 minutes later if they had my order and I was told they hadn’t even made the pizza yet. I didn’t receive the pizza until 8:57 I asked for ranch to go and they gave me some in a container with no lid. Do not recommend eating here. Very bad experience, never again."

"We are regulars at this specific MOD location and have been for years. We usually stop in pretty late after sports practice (after the dinner rush). It has always been one of our favorites for a quick dinner on a busy night. Over the last several months, we've seen such a decline. From the soda machine being inoperable for over a month to a dirty food assembly line and poor customer service . . . We won't be going back for awhile. This last visit was the worst by far. The old staff greeted you when you walked in the door, "Welcome in," but this new staff goes out of their way to avoid eye contact or any sort of acknowledgment until it becomes uncomfortable. The ever changing staff has no idea how to make dough or to build a pizza. The last several times we went in at 8:30 (an hour and a half before closing), and every single chair had been stacked and turned upside down onto the tables. This is so unwelcoming for guests and completely unnecessary considering the number of employees they have working at this time. It's not like they are in the habit of cleaning the tables, so cleaning them once at the end of the night shouldn't be that difficult. Chairs could easily be put up much closer to closing. Upper management definitely needs to step in and regain control before their employees put them out of business!"

"We love this mod location. The staff is super friendly. We like mod a lot because we love pizza but my southeast Asian genes make me super high risk of diabetes and I want to avoid eating huge, thick, white-carb-loaded pizza crust as much as I possibly can. At Mod, we can split just one mod pizza and still feel good and full after! They also have unique toppings that aren't at regular pizza places like chickpeas and dollops to add after the pizza is cooked of a balsamic glaze sauce. The garlic rub under the red sauce is a MUST for us. I've even considered adding roasted garlic to my half some time. The crust is pretty much a blank slate, so any flavor you can add to your pizza, the better."

"Totally enjoyed our lunch ! Staff was super friendly and just awesome overall giving us advice on what was their favorite was when asked. Our pizzas were made perfectly to our liking. I requested extra cheese on my pizza and it was delicious. We visited during lunchtime. It was a little busy but fast flowing. Plenty of seats. If we are ever back in the area, we would definitely be stopping by."
