Pizza Hut

"They gave us RAW chicken, I ordered boneless chicken wings & bit into it only to discover it was totally raw :(. Manager never even contacted us! The pizza was really bad too, one was not fully cooked and the other was over cooked, missing toppings. Had to throw all the food out."

"We ordered at 5:12pm with a delivery time of 25-35 minutes. I called several times just to have the line disconnect. I have 2 small mouths to feed and a schedule to keep. If I would have known it was going to take longer, I would have ordered something else. It got here at 6:42pm. The pizza was obviously sitting for a while, the cheesy bread overcooked and definitely not worth the extra charge. Very disappointed."

"Ordered a pizza, wings, melt, and breadsticks. The pizza was delivered burnt to a crisp and our wings were missing. The breadsticks were really dry (probably cooked too long). We called the store twice and the phone rang until it hung up on us (both times). Not cool, Pizza Hut. Not cool at all. UPDATE: 20 min later, a kid ran up to the door and threw a bag of wings on the porch. We tried calling the store 5 more times and finally got through. The girl we spoke to stated that we had ordered the pizza without cheese and that’s how no-cheese thin crust pizzas turn out. There’s no way we would have ordered without cheese. We asked for our money back on the pizza and she argued about it. After we said we wanted to speak to the manager and the girl said she WAS the manager, she agreed to refund our money on the pizza. What a mess."

"Ordered a 3 topping large pizza off their deal menu, Cinnabon, and boneless BBQ wings for my fiance, and a melt for me(which it explained they were out of bacon when i ordered it, no issue). They called after 20 minutes to explain they had no cinnamon, I said no issue, and they sent an extra desert all good. Then the food got here and we got a tossed around cheese pizza cold, some boneless wings with a dip stuck to the bottom of the container. An empty melt box. And when we get the receipt, it doesn't even show the melt or the proper price of the pizza. And it just says a large stuffed crust cheese pizza. When I call the manager hangs up the phone after about 3 minutes. Called on 3 separate numbers. Absolutely atrocious. I called to handle this with tact and you hang up the phone like a teenager. Well done pizza hut. I'm driving up to your store to speak with your manager. Hang up on me 3 times after you drop the ball. Gross."

"Can not follow directions at all, due to dietary restriction reasons we have different toppings on half the pizza and asked them to cut accordingly. They have fail this simple request repeatedly. Lack of training, attention, or common sense there's definitely a management issue here"
