"Food sucks —- cold old and stale… also had to wait outside drive through for 2 minutes to receive a disgusting lukewarm cheeseburger… cheese not even melted. They’re going down hill. I won’t be back. Gross. Chicken nuggets were old and room temp. Fries were even worse - horrible. Don’t go there. BTW my expectations were already low I wasn’t expecting a fancy meal.not to mention $10 for 4 pc happy meal and dollar menu basic cheeseburger."

"Ordered via mobile and waited 15 minutes for a simple order. The upload shows the supposed large fries and what looks to be a smashed double cheeseburger that I received …If I waited that long, I would assume my food would have been fresh. Not sure if staff were genuinely unaware (which I highly doubt) or just lack any skills but do better. You guys have a 2.9 rating for a reason."

"They have a "playground" and have a big PlayPlace advertisement, however the playground area is been closed for a while and they use it as meeting room as shown in pictures. My chikdren were extremely disapointed that they could not play."

"The prices at this location are way higher than other nearby locations. I ordered one breakfast meal and it cost $7.99 then they added a charge of $1.80 for orange juice. Why are they charging extra for the drink if it's already included in the meal?? I liked this location bc of their indoor playground but they constantly forget items in the Happy Meals. It's embarrassing having to go to the counter and ask for missing items. They've actually forgotten the chicken nuggets."

"I stopped in for a quick breakfast, kiosk wasn't working so I attempted to order at the register and waited a full 10 minutes. Had 2 employees look straight at me and not say a word, said excuse me and guessing they couldn't hear me over the loud music that was playing in the kitchen. I never experienced such bad customer service. You will no longer get our families business. Took my hungry tummy elsewhere"
