"This is my first time coming to Tropical Smoothie Cafe, My Server John Joseph had Exceptional Customer Service and He was very informative on all the Smoothies. He made my smoothie so delicious. I got the Avocolada with No Avocado and Added Strawberries...I'm definitely Coming Back For Sure!!"

"I ordered the chicken 3 chorizo wraps- this is my second time eating here- GREAT FOOD! My order was made wrong and it was ubered so I called to let them know they made the quesadillas instead of the wrap and the young lady Sophia that made our food profusely apologized and offered to remake our food. I went to pick up the food and again Sophia was so apologetic- I told her that these things happen and no reason to apologize- what I appreciated was that they made it right. Great customer service and great food. We will be returning!!"

"Chia Banana Blast was great if you like all the things it comes with: chia seeds, dates, coconut, oatmeal, banana, and either peanut butter or strawberries and I chose strawberries. I like strawberry banana smoothies but typically want some kind of grains mixed in as it's important to me to stay regular, even if I'm not limiting my sugar very well. The prices for smoothies are higher than I've ever seen for this chain, but it looks like they've added some interesting food options I would try some time."

"Very unprofessional. Worst management. I odered a flatbread & Smoothie through Tropical Smoothie app at this location. Wrong order delivered (picture), just two drinks. I tried call this location, they didn't respond for my 10+ calls over 25 mins. I had to visit the branch (extra effort and cost). Told the cashier the situation. She notified her manager. A manager came out. She told me that I can't order delivery thorugh app. Which is very wrong. I explained how I ordered. She said she would go talk to general manager. General manager NEVER came out to see me for the whole time. The manager came back she asked what do I want. She said I can either get my food right or get full refund. She literally said "You can't do both". I told her then I want my food, and get delivery fee refunded since I had to come all the way to pick it up. She went back to GM. Came back and told me that delivery fee will be refunded within 2~5 business days. AND THEN SHE TOLD ME TO TAKE THE FOOD THAT WAS MADE FOR ME 45 MINUTES AGO, and WAS SITTING ON THEIR KITCHEN. Wow. not even attempt to make a new one for the wrong order? I showed her the drink I had which the color was already fainting. and told her do I really have to take this food that was made long ago (Because I had to come all the way to complain about this incident because the phone was down?). Then she told the kitchen to remake. So the manager or General Manager NEVER apologized, or even looked sorry for making me come all the way. they had no attempt to make things right. Only the cashier said sorry and I feel sorry for her to work under this kind of management."

"Really enjoyed our Blimey Limey smoothie I really liked the (pita type) wrap on the Chicken Bacon Ranch Flatbread. We didn't like the sauce on the Thai Chicken wrap. They had a lot of staff working, so food came out fairly quickly."
