"I LOVE Chipotle - I am one of those go everyday customers. I was so excited to see a Chipotle was being built near me, but the location sucks. I’ve given them three chances and it’s not like any other Chipotle I’ve ever been to. The beans were cold, small portions even when I asked for extra rice, horrible customer service….it just didn’t give me the razzle dazzle that Chipotle gives me. Extremely disappointing. They need to fire everyone and start over with a real crew who will correct the issues at this location - if not, I think it’ll just end up closing. For now, I’ll continue driving to the Georgetown and Metric locations (extremely far from my house)."

"I almost didn't eat here when I saw the rating, but I'm glad I went in. This is your typical Chipotle. The portions were above average, and they had no issues with customizations. They were quick, but it is an older style Chipotle with limited seating. Overall, it was a great experience."

"After a few months I decided to try this location again because it is close to my home and convenient. However, I had one of many bad experiences here and it will be my last. I ordered chicken tacos and the meat was ice cold, I watched it come from the steam table and I would have assumed it’s a health hazard to not serve food at the correct temperature. My son also commented his meat was cold as well. The 5 minute drive home was not the cause of the food being cold unfortunately. We both ended up getting sick and when I reported the issue through the app, nothing was done about it. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location."

"The place is small and I felt “rushed” as I moved through the line. The tortilla chips were stale and overly salty. I had to wipe off the salt before eating them. The sofritas looked dried out so I asked the staff to stir it before putting it in my bowl. Maybe this was just a bad day. I may go back if desperate for a last minute vegan meal. My husband said he wasn’t going back."
