"Been going here since was 13, I’m 24 now and refuse to let anyone else handle my clothes. Best tailor in San Antonio and more fair prices for the quality that is provided."

"I dropped off my pants to be altered, paid a ridiculously expensive price of $120 and the pants are not the way I wanted or explained to them what I was looking for. I called back to request a readjustment and she said she is very busy and it was supposed to be the way it wanted lol… I’m a customer saying I was not happy with the way it was done and she says she spent time on it so it should be something I’m happy with… and if I want her to alter them again it will take TWO MONTHS for them to be ready. Can’t even make this stuff up, and obviously I will never return here. Highly do not recommend this place, first for the extremely expensive cost and second for the lack of costumer service. Just updating my review, I will do a chargeback on my credit card… this lady charged me for a service she didn’t do, I brought my pants to someone else, and they showed me all of the original stitching inside. Nothing had been altered"

"Friendly service. Good work definitely doesn’t come cheap. Got 2 jeans tailored to length and kept the original hemming, $35 for each pair. Not complaining but wish there was a price chart somewhere. Partially my fault for not asking ahead of time. Also, requested a button to be replaced for a pair of jeans, $25 for that and when my wife picked up the pair, they didn’t do that job. Now I have to make time to take the jeans back again so that’s a bit of inconvenience."

"Love this place! I'm 5' 2" and I've been literally taping my pants this whole time as an adult. Fabric tape and I got fed up with it so I searched for alterations and saw the great work they did online. And brought in a pair of jeans now I'm bringing in all my pants to be hemmed! I need 2 more to go and I'll have all my pants the proper length! 14 and some change is what I'm charged for my hem to be shortened. Very reasonable and it looks so professional!"

"Somewhat expensive but they do a great job. I've gotten a pair of jeans hemmed and it looked perfect (I want to say it was probably around $20). I also took a maxi dress in to get altered and it was about $50. The turn around is about 2 weeks. Update: They finished the dress a week early and gave me a courtesy call. Great customer service!"
