"6 months ago, you would have been hard-pressed to get me to step foot back in this particular Chili’s. Service was atrocious, 20 open tables yet they would still make you wait 15 min for a table, and food was subpar. I'm not sure what has changed since then, but it has been a complete 360 turnaround. We have visited twice in the last month, and even though they had many patrons, we were sat instantly, service has been prompt and timely, and the food has improved greatly. Not sure who or what is responsible for the turnaround, but you are owed a huge pat on the back. Keep up the great work."

"So today, my wife and I had a family event and decided to go to Chili’s. Recently, the food and service had been great so we decided to spend our money here. We arrive at 730pm and the receptionist wanted to sit us at the bar. I advised her that the music was too loud and would rather not sit in the bar area. She said “No” and said that all other areas were closed. So we left to another place. I could maybe understand if it was closing time but it was definitely not the case. Just a non-customer oriented receptionist who definitely wanted me to spend my money elsewhere."

"We had a great experience at this Chili’s location. The food was brought quickly, accurately and it was delicious. The calorie count on the menu is an added bonus. Our server Ryan did an excellent job, on point on everything. We will revisit this location and bring more family. Good salmon, soup and burgers."

"We went on Veteran’s Day for a quick dinner and ordered the “Oldtimer Burger”. I ordered mine without the bun. We sat in a booth in the bar area. The atmosphere was pleasant and the wait staff were very attentive. The bartender took our order. They didn’t even charge us for the tea since we are Veterans. The burgers were flavorful and the fries were nice and hot. We were pleased and satisfied. Will definitely go back! Went back a few months later and had the salmon, Mexican rice, and broccoli dish (forgot the name). The rice was cold. However, the salmon made up for it. It was delicious!!!"

"There’s an odor as soon you enter the restaurant. We had ask our waiter twice or thrice to get us these: napkin, utensils, portion plates, buffalo sauce. He just forgot the serving essentials. Food was ok. Margarita grill was good, but the chicken kind of gave out an odd taste."
