"There is a great selection here and people are helpful if you need to know where something is, but god forbid you actually need help with something; be prepared to wait at least 15 minutes for anyone to come assist you, ESPECIALLY with any carpet/flooring."
"Roger in customer service. Not very customer service-y. Even when spoken to politely and in a collaborative tone, he is still inclined to escalate and be unreasonable. None the less, my LA Wallet, which is deemed a valid license was not efficient enough to ascertain my identity to Roger. To which, I explained to him the legal permissions that this ID is used for, to which he stated "I don't care". Lol. Pretty grumpy, but I get it. I'd be grumpy too if I were over 60 years old and had to work at Home Depot due to my lifelong poor decisions."
"Good store, but if there's an issue with a delivered product or the tool rental, their customer service is absent. Two issues so far with this location at two different departments and no call backs on both issues after they promised to call back."
"Is it too much to ask if they have someone working at the paint department? Waiting 10 minutes because they wanted to walk away… is this really how Home Depot does customer service now?"
