"Sorry but the manager (Peter) here couldn’t answer ANY of my questions upon paying off all my agreements. 1st, charged my card without consent but somehow could not explain why when I’ve been doing business here for YEARS my card was never charged without my consent. 2nd, I told him I would come to pay off my agreements In person because he swore up and down they couldn’t take my payment over the phone- but they were able to charge my card for an unconsented amount? Ok! Didn’t ask him to waive fees, but you would think he would have offered considering the years I’ve done business with them and how many agreements I’ve paid off. Lastly, app showed lesser payoff amounts yet he quoted me higher amounts and couldn’t explain to me why. I paid my stuff just to put myself out of my own misery dealing with people that just don’t know what they’re doing is worse than pulling teeth! I’m moving on and never doing business with ANY Rent A Center again."
