"Worst company will never but from here again..."

"This location is by far the worst and rudest ever, I informed them ahead of time that if I could pay with a banking and acct # and was denied right away, when before I was offered that option. The lady told me I had a deadline threading to come get my bed and that I had exactly until 12 to pay it or they will be at my doorstep to take the bed. My card had already gotten cloned, and would be receiving it by today or tomorrow. The lady was very rude and hostile about the situation."

"The first store i got my things yeah they were great but the second store no they kept emailing me and calling my phone saying i had credit an then when i tried to sign i so called did not have credit so i was upset because online said differently and the young men because it was several over the phone were very rude"

"I’ve used rent a center for a few years and multiple locations - and this is by far the worst experience. I wanted to return my couch from them because my mother is ill and I had to leave the state, and they delayed pickup and then charged my card $93 even though the couch was picked up at the end of last month. I do not recommend. Clearly they care about money over the customers. My account is overdrawn at the wrong time. I don’t recommend this location!"
