"Out of town for work and my husband in home nurse care calls to tell me they arrived to our apartment with three flyers on the door and she reviewed the camera to see two men banging on the door and ringing the doorbell. She stated when she left the day prior there was a tag on the door but she didn't hear anyone knocking or the doorbell and today when she returned my husband there were three. I have rented with rent a center before but never experienced this level of harassment. Definitely will be following up when I get back in town because this is outrageous. Bad enough I got bait and switched for the items now this should have believed the reviews before signing an agreement."

"This place is the worst. You should go to the dump before this place unless you want to get scammed. First problem was they didn’t want to give me the contract because they didn’t want us to know what we were actually paying for. So I had to actually go up to this place physically to get the contract from these guys. I spoke about the LDW insurance to Alex Lopez and he told me no that I could not take it off that it was “mandatory” He straight lied to my face so I contacted the Better Business Bureau. And not even 10 minutes after they took it off our contract. These people are crooks. If you don’t read your contract, they will try to get away with everything. The day before we received our furniture, he said everything was good to go, and then told us that the furniture wasn’t available and we had to take this other five piece furniture. When we are paying for 7 pieces. However, our contract states that we’re getting charged for seven pieces on another item. Now he came back to the Better Business Bureau said I’m harassing him when he has been completely disrespectful to me over the phone with his employee Luis and he heard everything as a witness. He never gave us a contract to let us know what dates to pay and then comes to our house to threaten us to take the furniture. I will make sure the BBB knows about this place and I will make sure no one buys from this place. READ THE CONTRACT PEOPLE BEFORE EVER GETTING ANYTHING FROM HERE. especially from Alexis Lopez or Alejandro N. All he tries to do is take peoples money and cusses towards them. Yet he wouldn’t say anything in front of me when I asked why he was so rude and disrespectful to us. Now the BBB will know along with corporate."

"The excessive calls on your due date are very unnecessary and annoying. Y’all do not even give people a chance to make a payment on the due date before you start harassing them."
