"Terrible experience with these people. I bought a washer and dryer about a month ago, washer had a bad smell that didn’t go away after washing with bleach, didn’t wash properly. I had been trying to reach them over the phone, they NEVER answer their phone. I went to the location twice, once on a weekend and the second time on a week day, both times they were closed! I ended up moving to a place where there was already a washer and dryer so I contacted them that I wanted to just cancel my account, I had to go through the finance company and they cancelled my account and now I contacted these people back to let them know about the account cancellation and that I needed someone to pick up the appliances because I’m moving and won’t be able to take them with me and the lady told me to sell them somewhere else and just go pay them their money or to just leave them at the old apartment and lose them! What?!?"

"I just brought a washer and dryer a week ago. After getting it delivered Saturday night made an attempt to wash a load of clothes and the washer wouldn’t complete a full cycle and the dryer would have to dry multiple times. I’ve now been calling and no answer and I went back to both locations and doors have been locked and when I asked surrounding businesses if the store has been open, I was told they have been closed for a week. Very unhappy with this business now all I want is my money back no need to try and fix it."

"We Bought a used washer ans dryer. Very good price. We had a 90 day warranty, later that month we had a problem with the washer and they came for it and took it for repair which it took close to 2 months. We waited patiently and finally returned them back. It came with more scratches and damages and they told us that we only had one more week or warranty. Wich thats not we agreed on. Very unprofessional costumer service. Do NOT recommend to anyone. Especially buying used. And when i let the guy know about the scratches all he said that it was ok that stuff like that happens. and the lady that answers the phone does not hesitate to argue with costumer."
