"Worst slowest service ever & NOT the first time. This time it is my washer again and today is 3 weeks without it. No call & no show for my appointment today. I called & was told he left voicemail but that’s not true because I had my phone with me all day. Supposedly vehicle is broken & NO ONE ELSE can fix it! Really? It’ll be another week before he can come back. I am beyond mad! NEVER use this company! I would give a zero rating if I could."

"If I could do negative ratings i would do negative. Astro appliances is the contractor on my home warranty claim in my dryer. I have over the last few years paid deductibles for them to come out and not be able to find out the problem so this time I recorded and took pictures of the issue. Initially in December, a tech came out and I gave him the information and he visually looked at he dryer and said it was the main motor. He never did a diagnostic or opened the unit up. So he order the motor and a week later he came and installed the motor then stated he need more parts. At this time he needed a thermostat relay and a belt. So he ordered parts. When these parts came in he installed them and then he discovered that the housing on the blower motor was broken and needed to be ordered. He also stated that he would require a second tech to assist him with this job. So this part was ordered and come in, now it's is January. The date comes and the tech has an accident on the ice day so the appointment is rescheduled. A new tech come to my home with out the blower motor to do nothing but open up the dryer and see what the previous guy did. So when I call the office upset no one can give me an answer and they are unable to connect you to a supervisor. Once I contact my warranty provider, they get information that the part came in and it was defective so they had to order another blower motor. This could have been communicated to me so I didn't have to take off from work again. So unable to get resolution I reluctantly agreed to give them a final chance to fix this issue. I affirmed the that I am mobility impaired and have been carrying clothed to the laundromat for 43+ days. They made a commitment to get the job done. On the day of the final appointment the new tech came in and installed the new blower motor then the dryer began making a strange noise. He immediately got on the phone with his manager Weldon and was told to remove the part that was installed and they would submit a report to my warranty company that my dryer is not repairable. When I verified this with the tech he confirmed the information and asked if he could also take off the new belt with would further disable the dryer. Then he unplugged the unit. I contacted my warranty provider notifying them of the issue and that I needed to go purchase a unit that day so they could expedite the buyout once the report was received from Astro appliance. Astro applications submitted a fraudulent report to the provider stating that they completed the repairs and that there was a motor noise but the dryer was working. Nevertheless I had a unit that was essentially scrap in my home. Unfortunately after battling a week with them and them being committed to their lies I had my dryer replaced and old one scrapped two days after the service call. So no I am out ou my time, my deductible, my lost wages for days that I took off my job and they screwed me out of my reimbursement for replacement of my dryer through my provider."

"Astro Appliances sent Pavel M. to address a home warranty claim I made for a dysfunctional ice maker. He was quick to diagnose the problem and order the correct part and I was pleased he was also dispatched to replace it. Intelligent and hardworking man. Very pleased with the service Astro Appliances provided."

"Mr. Eldar came to check a gas leak with my oven range. He identified & fixed the problem very quickly( my oven). Then he checked my stove top to make sure everything was good. It is obvious he knows what he is doing & is a skilled technician. Completely satisfied & confident in work that was done."

"Has to be the worst service I’ve ever received. Dishwasher repair done carelessly with no true knowledge of the appliance. Technician left the dishwasher unattached and bent all the screws. When I addressed it, technician got aggressive and started shoving the appliance with other screws still attached. In the end, he left it detached and called it done. I rarely give bad reviews, but this is unacceptable. When I asked them to send a different technician to resolve, I was told to call Sears and tell them. I would give no stars if that were an option."
