"Terrible location with panhandle coming in to request money. Sound system was loud and constantly breaking up. Cashier cannot hear you behind all the security glass. Chicken may have been fried the same day it was served but it's far from certain. Fountain drink machine wasn't working - everybody gets lemonade."
"Don’t go. Don’t go. Don’t go. I’ve placed an online order so when I get there I can leave immediately. After placing the order and missing the exit so I’ve arrived 20 minutes, after placing the order. I came into the facility with the order not even worked on. All I ordered was a 8 piece fried shrimp & red bean and rice & a biscuit. As soon as it was my turn I said I had an online order and afterwards they told me can I give them 5 minutes to cook the shrimp, after me placing the order 20 minutes ago, they haven’t even started on the order. After getting my food, the red bean and rice was soggy and tasted old. They didn’t have change at all for other customers and were shorting them. The bathroom doors were locked and customers couldn’t go in to use them. Again, don’t go, don’t go, don’t go!!!!"
"Only drive-thru service on this particular day. Only reason I stayed in line for 35mins was because I was blocked in. Even though they took order through the intercom, by the time you pulled up to get your order, it still took 15 mins to get the meal. Also, very questionable characters walking around the area. Not a safe location."
"I was amazed at how long it took for someone to take my order. The person which appeared to be the manager asked to take my order. I thought the lady in front of me was waiting to have her order taken, but she was waiting for her order. The person impatiently asking me for my order a second time disappeared after I looked at my phone to give him the coupon code, he walked away from the window. Now I lost my code for that coupon. I saw cars backing out of the drive thru. Let’s not mention the illegal activity being conducted outside the building."
